No. You’re always in control of what you share. Our sessions are client-led. We create space — you decide what to bring into it.
What if I’ve never done this before?
That’s completely okay. Many of our clients are exploring emotional or therapeutic support for the first time. We’ll guide you gently, offer clear explanations, and never push beyond your pace.
What’s the difference between therapy and consultation?
In licensed regions, therapy is offered with full clinical standing. In areas without regulation or where therapy isn’t accessible, we offer emotional consultations — non-clinical but grounded in ethical, trauma-informed, and deeply relational practice.
Is this confidential?
Yes. All sessions are fully private and held to the highest international data and privacy standards (HIPAA, GDPR). Your sessions are never recorded or shared.
