Is this therapy or consultation?
Both — depending on your region and preferences. We offer psychotherapy where licensure is applicable. In other regions, we provide deeply supportive wellness consultations that follow the same ethical and relational standards.
What if I want mindfulness or nutritional support instead of therapy?
You’re welcome to request what feels most helpful to you. We offer integrative care that includes body awareness, nervous system regulation, and nutrition guidance, either as a standalone or in combination with talk-based support.
Do you use holistic approaches?
Yes — when desired by the client and appropriate for the practitioner’s qualifications and your location. These may include natural wellness practices such as herbalism, breathwork, hypnotherapy, or other non-medical supports.
Are my sessions private?
Completely. We follow international standards of confidentiality and data security including GDPR and HIPAA. Your sessions are never shared, recorded, or disclosed.
What’s the difference between therapy and consultation?
Therapy involves licensed mental health treatment where legally recognised. Consultation is non-clinical, but still deeply personal and transformative. We’ll always explain what’s being offered based on your country of residence.
Can I switch between services if my needs change?
Yes. Many clients begin with one type of support and shift as their goals evolve. We’re flexible and can adjust the approach over time to reflect your needs, whether that means moving from coaching to therapy, or integrating mindfulness or nutritional elements.
How do I know which type of support is right for me?
During your intake or first session, we’ll explore your goals and preferences together. You don’t need to have all the answers upfront — we’re here to co-create the right path with you.
What qualifications do your practitioners have?
Our practitioners are trained professionals with relevant credentials in their respective fields — including psychotherapy, coaching, nutritional counseling, and holistic care. Each is matched to you based on your needs, location, and goals.
Do you offer support for specific issues like anxiety or grief?
Absolutely. We work with a wide range of human experiences including anxiety, depression, stress, relationship challenges, grief, life transitions, burnout, and more. Our approach is individualized and strengths-based.
Is this like life coaching?
Our consultation services may include elements of life coaching — such as goal setting, motivation, and support for personal development. The difference is in the depth and training of our practitioners, who offer both relational and practical guidance.
Can I book a one-time session?
Yes. While many clients prefer ongoing sessions, we also welcome one-time or occasional appointments. You’re free to schedule as needed without long-term commitments.
Are sessions available in languages other than English?
Currently, most sessions are offered in English, but we may be able to accommodate other languages depending on practitioner availability. Please inquire if this is important to you.
