At Solymar Consulting, we've designed our process to be straightforward, confidential, and tailored to your unique needs. Here's a step-by-step guide to how we work with you:

1. Reach Out to Us

Begin by filling out our contact form. We'll ask for your full name, contact information, preferred method and time of contact, and details about the support you're seeking—whether it's individual, couples, family, or child/teen sessions. You'll also indicate your preferred session format (in-person or virtual) and frequency (weekly, bi-weekly, monthly).

2. Personalized Follow-Up

Our lead therapist will reach out to you via your chosen contact method—be it WhatsApp, email, phone call, or video chat—at your preferred time. This initial conversation helps us understand your specific needs and what you're looking for in support.

3. Matching You with the Right Professional

Based on your needs and time zone, we'll recommend the team member best suited to support you. Our diverse team ensures that we can find the right fit for your unique situation.

4. Booking Your Appointment

Once we've identified the appropriate professional, we'll schedule your appointment. You'll receive an email confirming the date and time, along with payment instructions. We accept payments via Stripe and bank transfers. Please note that payment is required at the time of booking to confirm your appointment.

5. Preparing for Your Session

The day before your appointment, you'll receive an email reminder. At the scheduled time, log in to our website, where you'll find a "Start Appointment" button available on every page. Clicking this will launch your secure, browser-based video session.

6. During the Session

When you initiate the video conference for the first time, your browser may prompt you to allow access to your camera and microphone—please grant these permissions. Your therapist or counselor will join the session promptly at the scheduled time to begin your one-on-one consultation.

Note on Confidentiality: We use a secure, privately hosted video conferencing system to ensure your sessions are confidential and compliant with international data protection standards.

7. Rescheduling or Cancellations

If you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment, please provide at least 48 hours' notice. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled time are subject to full payment.
